We are almost there! The last days of the cabbage soup diet are winding down - and as I look back – definitely a few things I learned about my eating habits. Just in case you were wondering, Karlie and I have a plan when we, the cabbage soup diet began. At first we thought seven days was not so bad.You it felt good for Karlie Aß, that kind of "bad."Was much go out for lunch and dinner and wanted a kind Detox to back on track to do for me, I wanted to plan to kick start a healthy diet and try a few pounds fallen.Wir thought we would try this and see what happens.

Day 2 - menu:
Vegetables day!
Eat all vegetables you want - fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice.Stay away from dry beans, peas and sweet corn.Reward you with a huge baked potato with butter to the Abendessen.Essen so much soup as you, but no fruit for today want to drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin.

Creative creations: be creative with you vegetables! think it would be hard eat vegetables for breakfast? try butternut pumpkin pieces with a pinch of baking zimt.versuchen you with a combination of vegetables for lunch sautéing a diced tomato sauce.

It's day 3 and experience some strange cravings Karlie and I.Sometimes things we never eat würde.Wir went down the street in Manhattan Chelsea area and to our surprise, food what smelled like the best pizza in the world were a group of French tourists.We have close trying to simply inhale the lovely scent of tomatoes, Basil and Cheese… oh wonderful cheese.
I found that my worst enemy is a smell of u-Bahn wurde.Immer girl eating McDonald's... on foot through the Manhattan Mall, the sweet smell of Cinnabon… who's eating French fries? colleagues trying to try their hardest to us but the delicious scents of Italian remains which heats for lunch hard ignorieren.Sein day 4 becomes easier?
