Just in case you were wondering, Karlie and I have a plan when we, the cabbage soup diet began. At first we thought seven days was not so bad.You it felt good for Karlie Aß, that kind of "bad."Was much go out for lunch and dinner and wanted a kind Detox to back on track to do for me, I wanted to plan to kick start a healthy diet and try a few pounds fallen.Wir thought we would try this and see what happens.

Day 2 - menu:
Vegetables day!
Eat all vegetables you want - fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice.Stay away from dry beans, peas and sweet corn.Reward you with a huge baked potato with butter to the Abendessen.Essen so much soup as you, but no fruit for today want to drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin.

Creative creations: be creative with you vegetables! think it would be hard eat vegetables for breakfast? try butternut pumpkin pieces with a pinch of baking zimt.versuchen you with a combination of vegetables for lunch sautéing a diced tomato sauce.
Add some steamed broccoli for dinner up to your baked potato.
